Q: How do I book a tennis ball machine?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our website’s booking page, select your preferred date, time, and package. Complete the booking by providing your details and making a secure payment.
Q: What areas in Malaysia do you serve?
We currently serve courts within the greater Kuala Lumpur area. Please check our booking page for a list of specific delivery zones. If your location is outside these zones, you can contact us to inquire about special arrangements.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your desired time slot. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Q: Is there a delivery and pickup fee?
Yes, a delivery and pickup fee is included in your total booking price. This fee covers the round-trip travel of our runner to your location, providing you with a hassle-free experience.
Q: Do I need to be present for the delivery and pickup?
Yes, you or a designated person must be present at the court to receive the machine at the start of your rental and to hand it over to our runner at the end of the session.
Q: What’s included in my rental package?
Every rental package includes the tennis ball machine, a full basket of 100 tennis balls, and a ball picker to make cleanup quick and easy.
Q: What if I lost the balls?
Each rental includes 100 balls. Missing balls will be charged at RM5 per ball (our replacement cost). Normal wear & tear is not charged.
Q: What kind of tennis ball machine do you use?
We use a high-quality, professional-grade tennis ball machine that is suitable for players of all skill levels. It offers adjustable speed, spin, and ball frequency to cater to your specific training needs.
Q: What about power? Does the machine need to be plugged in?
Our machines are battery-powered, so you can set them up anywhere on the court without needing an electrical outlet. The machine is fully charged and ready to go upon delivery.
Q: What if the machine breaks down during my rental?
In the rare event of a mechanical failure, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the time lost.
Q: What is the security deposit?
We require a refundable security deposit of RM100. This deposit is to cover any potential loss or damage to the machine, balls, or accessories.
Q: When will my security deposit be refunded?
The security deposit will be fully refunded to your account immediately after our runner inspects the equipment upon pickup and confirms everything is in good condition.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
Q: What if it rains?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If it rains at your scheduled time, you can reschedule your booking for a future date at no extra charge. We will contact you to find a suitable time.
Q: What happens if I am late for my session?
Your rental period begins at the scheduled time. Our runner will wait for a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive late, your rental period will be shortened accordingly to ensure timely delivery for our next customer.
